Alhanouf Mohammed Al-Dossari, female, nutritionist, holds a bachelor degree in Nutrition and Food science, graduated from Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University, Riyadh in 2014. She obtained her master’s degree of human food science from King Saud university, Riyadh in 2022.

Alhanouf Al-Dossari worked as Nutritionist in Dr Nutrition clinic in Jeddah in 2014-2018. In recent years she invested her time on health science research, worked on five published research papers as research assistant. Alhanouf Al-Dossari is interested in dietary interventions for autism and the bidirectional interaction between the GI tract and the brain.
