Dr. Antonina Shangraw has been working as an International Psychologist and then Behavior Analyst for over 25 years. She initially received her training as a Developmental Psychologist from Institute of Psychology, affiliated with the Russian Academy of Sciences. 

In Russia she was well known for her work with children and families that were refugees resettling as well as work with children and families around PTSD. She is the author of multiple peer reviewed articles and has written chapters in textbooks on psychology, multicultural diversity and social skills training. 

She has worked internationally and in 2009 settled in the United States where she obtained her Board Certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral, in 2012. She is also certified by the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) as an International Behavior Analyst. She is trained in and credentialed in Positive Behavioral Supports from Northern Arizona University. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, where she teaches a graduate level Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sequence to train Behavior Analysts (previously a verified course sequence through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board, now approved course sequence for IBA certification).

She also provides parent training through both telehealth and in-person. Dr. Shangraw is the proprietor of Shangri La Consulting, she is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and is an approved continuing education provider for the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO). She develops and teaches BACB and IBAO approved Continuing Education events as well as providing international behavior consultation and clinical supervision.
