Doctor Jill M. Young began her career as a Founding Co-Director of New York Child Learning Institute in 1994 – 2003. Previously, she received Master’s degree in Psychology with emphasis in Behavior Analysis in 1991 and Doctoral degree in Psychology with emphasis in Learning Processes in 1994. From 2003 to 2023 she worked for Therapeutic Pathways, first as a Regional Clinical Director and then as Director of Quality Assurance. Jill Young has been the Behavioral Health Services Manager at Elevance Health since 2023, overseeing ASD/ABA Behavioral Health Treatment services for the West Coast. Jill Young was Lecturer in California State University, teaching courses on autism and other developmental disabilities, applied and experimental behavior analysis, foundations in human behavior. She was a contributing author for Counsel of Autism Service Providers (CASP) Organizational Guidelines. Jill is a renowned speaker and trainer in the fields of autism and applied behavior analysis. Since 2004, Jill Young has served on the Board of Directors of California Association of Behavior Analysis. She is currently the elected president of this organization.
