Dr. Ebtissam Murshid is a full Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the course of her career, Dr. Murshid has published several acclaimed research papers, as well as an illustrated book for children to help them grow accustomed to the dentist’s office, the book is published in both Arabic and English languages. In addition to her research achievements, she is also renowned nationwide for her expertise in the treatment of children with ASD, and founded the first dental clinic in Riyadh dedicated to the treatment of children with special needs at the college of Dentistry, King Saud University.

Dr. Murshid is a graduate of College of Dentistry, King Saud University she holds a Doctorate of Public Health, a Master’s of Public Health, a Master’s of Science in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, and a Certificate of Clinical Specialty in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, all from the School of Dentistry at the University of Michigan.
