Ksenia is a psychologist, IBA and supervisor. She is working on a position of clinical director and supervisor in non-profit organization Social Support Center “Inclusive Molecule” (Moscow, Russia).

She is a behavior analyst in school resource room project of the Charity Foundation “Art to be close” (Moscow, Russia) and works as a remote behavior analyst in regional Russian schools and a mentor of Inclusive Observer Project of Autism Challenge Center.
