Rex has been working in the field of Behavioral Analysis for over 40 years and was initially trained under the tutelage of Dr. Henry Pennypacker and Dr. James Johnson at the University of Florida. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Alaska. For the past 15 years he has developed and ran the ABA Services of the Behavioral Health Clinic for the largest non-profit Developmental Disabilities provider in the State of Alaska. He works doing both ABA therapy for children and transitional aged youth experiencing Autism as well as providing statewide behavioral consultation to teams supporting individuals that experience Developmental Disabilities across the state of Alaska. He also works with his wife Dr. Antonina Shangraw in their international Behavioral Consultation agency providing Behavior Analytic Consultation and Supervision in multiple countries through out Europe and Asia, which is also an approved CEU provider for both the BACB and the IBAO.
