Valentina Minakova has been working in the sphere of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2007 and is constantly undergoing training to improve her qualifications. Valentina is a frequent speaker and a subject matter expert at conferences and other autism-related events. Since 2010 Valentina has been working as the project expert of Autism Challenge Center. Since 2019 she is the head of Inclusive Observer Project. She is also a member of the organizing committee of the International Conference "Challenges and Solutions".

Valentina organized and supervises two resource classes for children with ASD in Moscow (Russia). She is also the creator and leading specialist of the online school "Children with ASD: studying at home". During the 3 years of the course's existence, more than 1000 parents from 10 different countries have studied there. Valentina has trained specialists and parents in Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Abkhazia, Cyprus, Spain and Turkey. She remotely supervises families from different cities of Russia, as well as from England, Germany, Israel, Georgia, Sweden, Ukraine, Belarus, Cyprus, UAE and many other countries.
